Personal Fitness Training
(for fat loss, sports conditioning, and correctional exercise)

 Marcus will personally conduct each ½ hour session, which comes with an endurance training program.
Whether you meet with him once a week or more, he will work with you to ensure that you understand how to achieve your fitness goals.

1 session: $45
10 session package: $380

Some example scenarios:
1x/week: Your workout with Marcus will be a bit more complex and intense than a normal workout.
He will compliment this session by crafting a program for you to perform on your own for your second workout.

2x/week: Training with Marcus 2x per week – in most cases – will satisfy your resistance training for the week.

3x/week: For people who are seeking a more aggressive training regimen.


Tennis specific fitness assessments

Reveal specifically what component of fitness you need to work on with this tennis-specific fitness assessment.
Your scores are compared to other USTA athletes and shows where you are on the potential scale. We use your evaluation results to determine
how to maximize your training time. If you choose to purchase the performance workout, Marcus will design a training regimen
that is designed to target your weaknesses.

Functional movement screening + corrective programming

The Functional Movement System is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function.
By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. Restoring insufficient movement patterns will improve your
ability to excel in your sport and in your daily activities.  Corrections to your movement patterns will minimize your chances of injury or developing chronic issues.
The NFL uses it to screen their players who are very expensive assets – need I say more.
